As advised at the AGM in late November the board revised the scope of the project in light of escalating building costs and the inflationary environment in general.
 
I am happy to report that the club is now looking to commence works on the clubhouse from early June.  Updated floorplans are shown below along with the 3D bar designs. In relation to costs the estimated costs of works excluding new furniture will be in the region of €450k ex VAT but this will be finalised in the coming weeks with the nominated contractor.
