All Junior members are required to sign the CODE OF CONDUCT FORM (Guidelines for Parents and Junior Licensees) if  you have not done so already.  The form can be downloaded on this website. Once the form is signed please place in envelope and place in black post box for the attention of the Junior Committee. Thank you.
